One Pan chicken, bacon, mushroom lasagne.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20–25 mins

Ingredients
• 6 Rashers Lean Bacon, diced
• 650g Chicken Breast, diced
• 1 pack Mushrooms, quartered
• 3 tsp Garlic Granules
• 1 tsp Dried Dill
• 1 tsp Dried Parsley
• 1 tsp Dried Chives
• 500ml Chicken Stock
• 1 jar Dolmio Light Cheese Sauce
• 60g Philadelphia Light
• 8 Lasagne Sheets, broken into pieces
• Salt & Pepper
• 1 cal spray
Method
• Spray a large frying pan and fry the diced bacon until cooked. Remove and set aside.
• Add the chicken to the same pan, season well and cook until browned.
• Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften and reduce.
• Stir in the garlic granules, dill, parsley and chives.
• Now add the Dolmio Light Cheese Sauce and the Philadelphia, mixing until it melts into a creamy base.
• Pour in the 500ml chicken stock and add the broken lasagne sheets, gently pushing them under the liquid.
• Add the bacon back into the pan.
• Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta softens and the sauce thickens.
