Nobody believes me when I say this - but it’s true.

I used to eat baby egg custard every day. Not as a baby. As an adult.

I genuinely thought that was how you lost weight.
It didn’t work. It just made life miserable.

Now, I eat normal food.I enjoy what I eat. And weight loss finally makes sense.
