🎊 We were thrilled to recently celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the Neuro Divas ADHD Support Group - one of our regular meeting groups at The Sanctuary.

Every Thursday, they create a safe, welcoming space for women with ADHD to connect, share experiences and lift each other up.

Over the past year, the group has gone from strength to strength with fantastic support from our teams at The Sanctuary and Erdington Neighbourhood Network Scheme - ENNS. Their members have grown in confidence, from signing up for new courses to even starting driving lessons.

To mark the big day, the group celebrated with a special anniversary cake and gifted with a stunning diamond art piece made by group member Viki.

πŸ’œ 1 Year of Neuro Divas! πŸ’œπŸŽ‰The Sanctuary Castle Vale Erdington Neighbourhood Network Scheme - ENNS BREWS CIC

One whole year of connection, courage, and community β€” and what a year it has been. Neuro Divas was created to be a safe, welcoming space for neurodiverse women, and it has grown into something truly powerful.

This year has been filled with laughter, , creativity, friendship and moments that remind us how important it is to feel seen and understood. Neuro Divas is a place of belonging, strength, and joy β€” built by the incredible women who show up and make it what it is πŸ’œ

A huge celebration shout-out and thank you to:
✨ Laura at The Sanctuary β€” for your constant support and for giving Neuro Divas such a warm, welcoming home
✨ Hannah from ENNS β€” for believing in this project and supporting it through funding

We are so proud of what this community has become and so grateful for every woman who has been part of the journey so far.

Here’s to 1 amazing year of Neuro Divas β€” and to many more filled with connection, empowerment and joy! πŸ₯‚βœ¨πŸ’œ
