Cooking together, laughing, tasting… and a little bit of Thermomix magic. ✨

Yesterday in in Leicester, we hosted a cooking class for the amazing Girls from

Together we made six different risottos – tomato, mushroom, asparagus, pumpkin, beetroot and curry. Some prepared manually, some with the Thermomix… and all absolutely delicious.

Thank you for inviting us to be part of this project. It was such a joy to cook with you.

Sometimes you don’t need much to create a dish that any chef would be proud of.
A few simple ingredients, a little seasoning, a pinch of love… and suddenly you have something amazing on your plate.

From one simple ingredient like a pork tenderloin you can create so many beautiful dishes.
Today I’ll show you two of them: a Wellington-style tenderloin and tenderloin wrapped in soft, fluffy yeast dough.
