Blue Monday is not real. It was created as a marketing campaign to sell more holidays. Our mental health fluctuates for many reasons, and naming any particular day as inevitably bad will not be helpful. If we believe it will be a difficult day we will prime ourselves to find all the evidence that it is so.

So today, we encourage you to make it You Monday. Prioritise all the little things that make You feel good. And search for all the evidence that today is working for you and not against you.

Hello to our new followers 👋 here's a little about us and our therapy approach.

Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a framework that guides the therapist in their choices, based purely on what the client tells us.

We do not advocate a ‘one size fits all’ solution to any of life’s problems. Instead, we use a range of techniques drawn from different disciplines that we have found to be the most effective tools for change so far. These are moulded into an approach tailored for the specific needs of each client.

Trained by founder of QCH Trevor Silvester and our Training Manager Sarah Ariss, our 200-strong community of QCH Therapists are caring, committed and ready to help you.

Tonight members of the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA) meet again for CPD.

Our Therapists love CPD. It's one of the things they commit to and value the most as part of their membership and it demonstrates their ongoing quest to learn and serve their clients as best they can.

So far this year we've had sessions on high-functioning addiction, breathwork and Nonviolent Communication. Tonight it's all about Active Listening with Quest Therapist Jenny Jones.

It's always a joy to get our community together ❤️
