First degree reiki training and attunement on this wet, blustery morning ✨️ 🌧

Reiki level I is perfect for complete beginners. This is your grounding level where you will learn about self-healing and the history of reiki.

You will also learn how to give reiki in a non-professional capacity on friends and family. You will receive the reiki level I attunement in a personal and relaxing ceremony. 🧘‍♀️

The attunement process allows you to be opened and aligned to the flow of reiki energy so you can begin to channel this through your hands.

Once attuned to reiki, you are attuned for life. ✨️

I have a very relaxed and personalised approach to teaching. It's more of a conversation and a safe space to ask questions and learn about this amazing and ancient technique that brings so much balance and spirituality to your life

A whole year of Spiritual Sprout!! 🙏

What an amazing year it has been!! Thank you so much to all my wonderful clients and followers. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach you and treat you! 💜

Here's to another year filled with reiki magic, growing and learning ✨️ Reiki never fails to amaze me and being able to pass this healing and knowledge on to my clients is a joy 😊

As we roll in to autumn again, the nights start to draw in....the lights are dimmed and the bed is warmed ready for reiki to relax and rebalance you ☺️ 🍂

This book is brilliant. 📖 ✨️ It's on my further reading list for my students! It's a must read for anyone interested in reiki or learning reiki but also if you are a little bit skeptical as it delves in to the science behind it! Really enjoying it! 😊

I'm Leanne, Financial planner and mortgage broker and I also run my own reiki business, Spiritual Sprout! 🙌 I Just love helping people!! Based in Birstall, West Yorkshire, I'm mama to my son Marty who's almost 3 and partner to Rob 💜

Spiritual Sprout is all about reiki healing and relaxation 😌 I want to give my clients a blissful, recharging experience by getting those chakras unblocked and letting your life force flow freely throughout your body relieving any pain, stress or anxiety.

Another wonderful creation from my mum! My new distance reiki doll 💜✨️

Distance reiki works in exactly the same way as in- person reiki. We would have a call beforehand to discuss your health and any current issues you might be experiencing and then you get comfortable for 40 minutes in the comfort of your own home.

I ground myself and tune in to you and work from the top of your head right down to the tips of your toes or where I am guided to work on. I use the universal energy around me to unblock your chakras - the 7 main chakras that run down our midline from the top of our heads to the base of the spines.

We work on the basis that blocked energy leads to disease in the body if left blocked. Reiki energy unblocks these 7 wheels of energy in your body to promote balance, healing and relaxation.

Everyone experiences reiki differently. Some people see colours or visions, others just feel a complete sense of relaxation and improved sleep.

After the session, we have another chat about how you experienced it and I'll go through anything that came up and what chakras were blocked.

Two main questions I get asked as a reiki master is "What is reiki?" And "how does it work?"
Rei means universal and ki means energy or lifeforce.

Reiki energy is pulled in from around the practitioner and comes out through the palms of the practitioners hands.
In a treatment, we work with the 7 mains chakras that run down the centre of our bodies:

Crown
Third eye
Throat
Heart
Solar plexus
Sacrum
Root

The session creates relaxation and balance in the body and the energy unblocks these chakras and gets our lifeforce flowing freely to prevent disharmony and disease.

As well as reiki treatments I offer one to one training in all 3 degrees of reiki both in person and online.
