A beautiful addition to our counselling room 🤎

The Warrior Within embodies the harmony between strength and serenity, capturing a moment of stillness where self-awareness and the natural world merge as one. The lady with the bow symbolises inner power and potential—the readiness to act with purpose, yet the wisdom to wait in peace. The meadow around her, alive with wildflowers, mirrors life’s beauty, fragility, and constant renewal. The hummingbird reminds her to embrace joy and presence, while the butterflies represent transformation and the freedom born from growth. Together, these symbols weave a portrait of spiritual resilience, reminding us that every soul carries both the power to change and the grace to simply be ❤️

The hummingbird symbolises joy, love, resilience, and hope. It represents the ability to find sweetness in life, overcome challenges, and be a messenger of positive energy or good luck. Culturally, it is also seen as a symbol of healing and is associated with a connection to the spiritual world ❤️

Accessing counselling during menopause can be a powerful step in managing symptoms and supporting your emotional wellbeing. With now up to thirty-four symptoms no wonder we do not know if we are coming or going! You are not alone, I’ve suffered headaches and migraines, itchy skin, irregular and heavy periods, mood swings, insomnia, nervousness, forgetfulness, and poor concentration to name just a few symptoms. Counselling can provide effective support for both physical and emotional challenges.
Talking to a counsellor can offer:
• A confidential space to express your feelings and get support.
• Strategies for coping with emotional and physical symptoms.
• Support with rebuilding self-esteem and discover new opportunities for growth.
• A chance to learn healthy habits and challenge negative self-talk.
If menopause symptoms are overwhelming, reach out to your GP, and access counselling, I can empathise when it comes to perimenopause, menopause, and everything in between. Remember: seeking help is a sign of strength and taking care of your mental health matters.
