Absolutely fab catch up with the gorgeous Pam ( ) What a beautiful place to meet up for breakfast this morning at Durham Cathedral. The sunshine was creating beautiful shapes and shadows as we walked through the closters. The grass was blessed with the brightest greens. Great food and amazing company.

Durham holds a special place for me at Alington House where I started my Laughter Yoga journey in 2018. And there was plenty of laughter today! Sometimes life can be so ridiculous that all you can do is laugh 🤩🤣😂

Look forward to chatting more about our future collaborations in 2026! Watch this space. 👀

Looking back to my Manor Wellness Retreat in September with much joy and awesomeness, especially when I read the reviews!

As some of you know its not just what happens on the day but its the hard work I put in too, in preparing and planning these events with great attention to details so my guests have an amazing experience. Leaving with a shift in their being and how they experience life afterwards. Continuing to lean into all the good stuff that serves them well with great curiosity.

For all those attending Sunday evening's Soundbath experience with Waves Holistic Healing.

St. Cuthberts Centre, Crook
Sunday 26th October
at 7pm -8.30pm.

Please can you bring your

*mat
*blanket
*cushion
*journal if you use one

🥰 I do have a few extra mats/blankets and cushions.

If you could arrive around 6.50pm to give yourself time to settle down into the space before the Soundbath begins at 7.05pm That would be great.

Car parking to rear of St.Cuthberts Centre past the side of the Church and round to the left.

Life happens! If you can't make it for whatever reason, just let me know..

We can roll your place to the next available Soundbath no problem.
