Any horse riders? This workshop is just for you 🐴
Here's a wee breakdown of what to expect. No Pilates experience required, we all work at our own level.

🐎 Equi-fit: Pilates for Horse Riders
Find your core, then cuppa & cake
Strong seat, sweet treat 🍰

This 2-hour session blends mindful movement with equestrian awareness, offering riders a chance to strengthen, soften, and reconnect with their bodies—on and off the horse.

We begin standing, grounding through the feet and gently exploring posture, spinal alignment, and breath. Mobility drills open the hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine—preparing the body for deeper work.

Then we move into 7–8 targeted Pilates exercises, focusing on:

- 🌀 Core activation and pelvic stability
- 🧘‍♀️ Glute strength and hip control
- 🔄 Spinal mobility and postural endurance
- ⚖️ Balance and proprioception

Each movement is layered with breath cues and gentle modifications, making it accessible for beginners and adaptable for seasoned riders.

We close with a guided stretch sequence, breathwork to calm the nervous system, and a short relaxation to integrate the work.

Afterwards, join us for cuppa, cake, and connection. Because wellness should feel good—and taste good too 💛
