Join Sally Templeman Yoga in this Slow Flow monthly class designed to help you slow right down and reconnect with your body.
The practice blends yin yoga, restorative postures, and slow somatic movement, offering time and space to release held tension and support a calmer, more settled nervous system.
Movements are gentle, unhurried, and led with awareness, allowing the body to soften without forcing or strain. The class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of deep rest.
