Are you dealing with constipation that's come out of the blue?

❓️How many colonics will I need ❓️

A question I get asked alot. The simple answer is, it depends on you. Everyone's digestive history and body is completely different.
I always recommend the course of 3 in close proximity to start your colonic journey.

❓️Why in close proximity ❓️

This is because each session builds on the last and when done too far apart, you are adding more food and waste into the digestive system which can mean starting the softening process all over again. By staying consistent at the start of your journey, you'll get deeper results and better long term benefits.

💫 After the initial course, most clients move to maintenence sessions every 3-4mths to keep things moving nicely 💩
