Join local calisthenics athlete Jak as he introduces you to the foundations of bodyweight mastery. You will be shown the key strength and conditioning steps to prepare the body for intense skills in a comfortable environment.

The session will consist of a suitable warmup followed by push up variations to prime the upper body. Next leading onto skill focus where you will learn static holds such as the L-sit, handstand, elbow lever etc. Followed by a group ab session and a cool down to finish.

All skills can be made easier or harder to be accessible for all skill levels! Pair this with dependable spotters and you are guaranteed to progress 🔥

Join local artist for her regular Sunday Soul Sessions. This first month you can create beautiful woven wall hangings through the meditative craft of weaving.

Natural fibres inspired by the season.

Soft textures.

Wild flowers gathered from nature.

A humble handmade loom in your hands, guiding thread by thread into something grounding and beautiful.

Weaving is slow.

Intentional.

Almost hypnotic.

A practice of presence.

In this peaceful session, you’ll learn the foundations of weaving, explore working with natural materials, and experience what it feels like to become fully absorbed in the mindful rhythm of making.

Richard, an internationally recognised Aerial Yoga teacher / course leader who has been teaching & training teachers since 2011.

From uk, he later moved to Lithuania for love, and devoted his life to sharing the unique power of aerial yoga, not just as a physical practice, but as a pathway back to happiness, presence and deep relaxation.

In 2011, he founded Aerial Yoga London, London’s only dedicated aerial yoga studio at the time, and went on to teach thousands of classes and workshops, refining a style that blends safety, creativity, mindfulness and deep restoration.

Course Overview
This is a small-group, high-quality training designed to give you real confidence and real teaching skills.
- 20 hours of in-person small group training (max 10 trainees)

Returning home to the body. To the breath.

To the quiet knowing beneath the noise.

In stillness, we don’t disappear,

in fact quite the opposite

we soften... we create space... we listen.

Yoga teaches us that we are not becoming something new.

We are remembering who we have always been.

This remembering is an act of self-love.

A pause.
A deep exhale.

And in that pause, we touch the wisdom we’ve been searching for:
not somewhere out there,
but within.

The magic was always in you, becuase it is you.
