β–ͺ️Boil a couple of eggs and once cooled mix with a tbsp of Lighter Than Light Mayo and season with salt and black pepper.
β–ͺ️Top the 3 Corn Cakes with a slice of ham.
β–ͺ️Split the Egg Mayo between the 3 Corn Cakes and sprinkle 10g Grana Padano over the top of all 3.

Who is The Real Loss Boss?

My name is Neil Scurrah. Ive suffered with obesity all my life. In 2014, at age 33, I weighed just under 37 stone, super morbidly obese, extremely unhealthy and had many physical and mental health issues from the size I had become.

I started a weight loss journey making some significant changes to my life. Today I have lost over half my body weight and qualified as a personal trainer. Throughout my weight loss journey I have researched everything I possibly could regarding weight loss.

I’ve discovered there is a simple approach to weight loss that is suitable for absolutely everyone. My passion now is to guide other people to start, complete and maintain their own weight loss journey just like I have.
