Makes 3 portions!

500g 5% Chicken Mince, 250g Passata, 1 Onion, 1 Red Pepper, 90g Light Soft Cheese and a packet of Peri Peri seasoning.

โ–ช๏ธFry off the mince with diced up onion and pepper.
โ–ช๏ธWhen half way cooked sprinkle over the seasoning.
โ–ช๏ธwhen fully cooked add the passata and cream cheese.
โ–ช๏ธGive it a good mix and simmer for 5 or so minutes.

Serve with rice, pasta or air fried chips and some Tenderstem ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ.

I get a few comments from people saying they would love to make my recipes but they donโ€™t have the calories!

First thing is your calories allowance correct?

The majority of people that need to lose weight, if their calories are correct, can easily fit 90% of my meal ideas / recipes into their diet.
-
If your calories are correct then second of all you can simply adjust portion size to fit your calorie allowance.
-
My yoghurt bowls are normally around 450 calories but wanting a slightly lower calorie day today so made a smaller portion.
-
125g 0% Greek Yoghurt, 20g Whey Protein, 65g Frozen Strawberries, 65g Frozen Blueberries and 20g Surreal Granola.

287 calories, 33g protein and 7g fibre!

Always remember weight loss is not about eating as little as possible.

It is about eating as much as possible for your healthy and sustainable calorie allowance ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ.

Who is The Real Loss Boss?

My name is Neil Scurrah. Ive suffered with obesity all my life. In 2014, at age 33, I weighed just under 37 stone, super morbidly obese, extremely unhealthy and had many physical and mental health issues from the size I had become.

I started a weight loss journey making some significant changes to my life. Today I have lost over half my body weight and qualified as a personal trainer. Throughout my weight loss journey I have researched everything I possibly could regarding weight loss.

Iโ€™ve discovered there is a simple approach to weight loss that is suitable for absolutely everyone. My passion now is to guide other people to start, complete and maintain their own weight loss journey just like I have.
