6-Week Chair-Based Movement & Wellbeing Pilot - Gentle Movement for Wellbeing

Overview
This pilot programme is designed to support chair based movement sessions.
It is particularly suitable for older adults and individuals with limited mobility, offering an inclusive and enjoyable approach to staying active.

Programme Details
Duration: 6 weeks
Session length: 30–45 minutes
Format: Group-based, chair-supported movement
Delivery style: Gentle, adaptable and accessible to all abilities
