Here’s a few ideas:
- A long bath with an autumn themed candle
- Go for a nice warm drink with a friend (maybe something pumpkin or cinnamon flavoured)
- Go for a walk and take notice of the changing in the leaves on the trees and the sound of the leaves on the floor
