New class on Wednesdays at 11am - your chance to see if you like my class over 3 sessions. This is a carefully paced movement class, including warm ups, a standing sequence and some pauses, allowing our brains and bodies to notice the practice. Adapting yoga poses to suit our own bodies slows the practice and lets us notice more. For example, making less of Camel pose, by moving. Reaching up to find space above and behind, alternating sides. Lifting into the arch shape, toes tucked. Creates a more accessible way to build confidence towards a static Camel. Enjoy practicing and see you on the mat soon!

+Sun salutations will warm us up
+Ashtanga-style sequence of key postures which allows you to focus on your own practice, rather than complicated choreography. +Balances and breathwork each week.
