reaching for the stars is tough with hands and heart stuffed full of heavy old rocks of past disappointments, heartbreaks, negative self narratives.
🦋THINGS may have felt set against you. You had hard lessons to learn through dark times. That's done. Your best way forward now is being honest about what/who/where no longer serves you; holds you back.
Be brave. Begin to identify and clear what's grey, toxic, no longer in alignment with who you are becoming. Begin taking action:
Want to get fit and healthy? Eat better, exercise more.
Want to start a new project? Start researching.
Want to stop a bad habit? Get rid of the temptation.
Want to believe in yourself more? Stay away from those who destroy that.
THIS Can happen. You CAN move forward.
🦋WHEN lovely things start happening, BELIEVE that YOU deserve them, opening your mind and your heart. Don't second guess.
It may take time. It'll happen.

⭐️THE RESTING TREE " Patience, Stillness"
🦋"WHEN the resting tree appears, it signals that you've done all you can for now and it's time to unwind and allow your story to unfold of it's own accord"
To grow, one must also stop, be, and rest.
🦋"THE Universe will meet you more than halfway..." is one of my favourite phrases, and if this card calls to you today, be assured you have done more than your bit for now, and it's absolutely ok to stop pushing, thinking, strategising, and start allowing that to happen.
There are times to forge ahead and times to be still; to continue with the "day to day" but to concentrate on nourishing, resting and cultivating patience, instead of trying to make sense of why things have not materialised in the way you may have hoped in this life or focusing only on what happens next. Instead, slow down and let joy find you in every and any moment
🦋DECISIONS made in haste now may lead to regrets, but if you relax your need to manage, to "overthink" and "overdo", step away from solving, honour your need to rest, your head will become clearer and amazing inspirations and flashes of "good luck", new golden opportunities, will easier come to you; just at the right time.

🦋A Beautiful girl looks longingly towards a future that her soul desires, that each fibre of her being wants. Held back by fears, inertia, exhaustion from trying, she wonders..."How?"
Is this you? Then this message is for you.
🦋"IT takes faith and courage to answer the calls of your soul. And that's why most people don't do it.
But you are not most people"
Whatever is asking you to believe it is possible, is not lying to you.
Taught to think with logic, surrounded by false narrative fears, living in a world that says "This is your life. This is how it must be" dulls the destiny that was always yours. What you are called to do now, IS your calling.
You may have to move mountains to get there, but you were born to be happy, REMEMBER???,to rediscover your self belief, and all of the fight you may have to commit to will be worth it.
Maybe not in the exact way you expect, but just how it should be.
🦋DON'T overthink, trap yourself in non action, wait for permission or a "step by step" guide. Simply and profoundly say "YES" with every atom of your being.
The time for sitting, sadly dreaming and accepting is almost over. This can be an exciting time of "soul growth" that can lead to great, positive change. Yes: challenges may come, but you will find a way.

How “The Blue Butterfly” got its name...

To heal people and make them less stressed, more relaxed and happier is such a priviledge.

I am very, very lucky.

I left a job that gave me no pleasure and left me tired and stressed to follow my dream and open my healing business. For a long time I felt trapped in the Corporate world and in the end, doing what gave me no satisfaction drained me and finally made me ill.

Looking back, I realise that this was a “cocoon phase” from which I emerged spreading my wings. As the saying goes... “Just when the caterpillar thought its life was over it became a butterfly”...And that is exactly what happened to me. This new lease of life is just wonderful and my Reiki and Crystal Healing and the difference it makes to others gives me so much happiness.
