It's not been the best summer, weather wise. I find the greyness very depressing, and not easy with the kids on summer hols. Yesterday was the first day I ventured into the sea, it was lovely, ( I only went knee deep 🙈) such a shame it didn't last. How have you all been enjoying your summer ? coast

Happy belated new year to you all..

⭐ announcement ...... I'm taking a rest from being a therapist 😔

💢After careful consideration I have decided to take a rest from clients. I have been a therapist for 26 years and I have given my heart and soul to my therapies....although I am now running on empty, with zero energy to share at present 😔😴

I have burnt out totally, dealing with life, work homemanagement, studies, children, neruodiversities, trauma and their mental health as well as my own has been challenging. I have been actively working to reduce my stress levels for my own health benefits, I am feeling the effects of all of these contributing factors and so helping myself to heal and one of these measures is to no longer offer therapies😔😪.....its not been an easy choice (as I've always been a "yes, I can do that " kinda girl.)....but it's a necessary one.

⭐🌺🙏 I would like to thank you all for your support in the past and now 🤗 love ❤ you all and send warm wishes for 2023.🥰

I've been rather quiet on here of recent months, due to illness and trauma. I've had a challenging year and circumstances bestowed onto me have caused me much pain, sadness and now ill health and chronic fatigue. I'm doing my best to recharge in a holistic way. As a family we have had alot of illness and stress of recent times and it's finally caught up with me. I have taken a step back from clients and reduced my work considerably, I have been dealing with my children who have all individually had their issues and difficult times. We have had quinces, tonsillitis, strep A , causing Pandas and pychosis, depression, anxiety, ptsd, poor mental health, addictions, viruses and fatigue to name a few.

We are finally seeing light and positivity, in small steps 🤞🙏❣😔 thank you.to those who care enough to ask 🤗 and who have supported me xx 😘

An update on some little changes....my little cabin has had a mini glow up 😍, to create a more tranquil vibe 🙌 where I will be continuing to offer Holistic Therapies and massage. I will no longer be offering nails beauty or bridal services 😔 My passion is with natural health and healing and this is where I will be concentrating my energies, along with my continued Homeopathy studies. Loving the sun and a chance to naturally increase Vitamin D levels. Do you know majority of us are depleted in Viatmin D, which is an essential vitamin for bone growth, repair, energy levels and cell metabolism.
