✨ PJ Day Success! ✨

Last week our dancers swapped leotards for cosy pyjamas — and all for a great cause!

Thanks to our amazing students and families, we raised £160 for Stonepillow.

We’re so proud of our dance family for showing up, having fun, and making a difference - thank you! ❤️

✨ It’s PJ Week! ✨

We’re inviting all our dancers to wear their comfiest PJs to class on 20th, 21st & 22nd November! 💛

We’ll be raising awareness and much-needed funds for local charity Stonepillow, who support and empower homeless and vulnerable people to achieve sustainable independence and wellbeing.

There will be a collection pot in class — any donations are hugely appreciated but never compulsory 🫶💖

Welcome to the family, our youngest team member — Maeve! 💕

As many of you noticed, our lovely Morgan was glowing (and very pregnant!) at our last show — and at the end of August, she welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world!

Morgan has danced with us for over two decades, and we can’t wait to watch Maeve follow in her mum’s footsteps.

Phoenix Rising is all about:

We’re here to bridge the gap between Primary and Secondary school, helping students navigate this transition with support, fun, and of course - DANCE!

Whether starting a new school feels exciting or a little scary, we’re creating a safe space where students from Southway and TRS can come together, make friends, and grow through movement.
