I am lucky enough to have a club sport still and this weekend I was racing at Aldershot in an Olympic size pool (that’s 50m long).
There have been a lot of times in my life where keeping my sport has been hard and I’ve struggled to keep the motivation to keep showing up but I’m now managing 2/3 club sessions a week if life allows.
