This is the other side of the work that I do
I'm delighted to be bringing Into the Heartwood further into the light. This part of my work has been emerging over the last year and a half, offering workshops to Helping Professionals with nature as the tool to support resourcing and replenishing.
As a nature-based therapist and supervisor, my interest is on the quality of the nature relationship that gets built in when we attune, in an intentional (and creative) way, to nature on a regular basis.
Having a felt sense of being a part of the natural world gives us our 'nature relatedness'.
Developing our experience of feeling a greater self-connection in nature, and to nature, allows us to feel cared for by nature and in turn deepens our love of our natural environment. This interconnection has a lot to offer our mental and emotional health as well as the urgent and growing need to consider how we as humans live in the world.
If you, like me, are interested in how Intentional Nature Experiencing through creativity supports people and nature alike, do get in touch to request to be added to the mailing list.
