Another beautiful Beaver NEW MOON Sauna & Saltwater Ceremony at The Saltwater Sauna, Avon Beach ✨

It was one of those nights that felt otherworldly…
The sky pitch black.
Stars scattered above us.
The sea completely still - almost holding its breath with us.

Inside the sauna, the Nordic and Mongolian rhythms carried us deeper into ceremony.
The breathwork softened us…
The cold sea awakened us…
And the contrast between heat and water opened something powerful in every single one of us.

What unfolded was deep, grounding, and beautifully real.
A circle of souls releasing, renewing, and remembering who they are beneath all the noise.

Everyone walked away lighter.
Calmer.
More connected.
Ready for a deep, healing sleep under the New Moon.

Another beautiful morning with the Divine Spirits ✨

We turned slowly to each element
🔥 the warmth of the rising sun
🌊 the energy of the water
💨 the breeze on our faces
🌍 and finally the grounding presence of the cliffs

A simple meditation, but so powerful.

The sea was playful today — safe, fun, and full of laughter as we whooped with the waves.
And of course… the yummiest coffee and the best soul chats at Sobo Beach ☕💛
