Such a beautiful, intimate gathering of souls for Spring Equinox on Sobo Beach Bus
There were a few spanners in the works, but we moved with it… softening, adjusting, and flowing gracefully with whatever the morning brought. A reminder in itself of what this work is all about; trusting, surrendering, and allowing.
🪔 We began with ceremonial tea and essential oils, gently arriving into the space and into ourselves. It felt deeply spiritual, each moment centred around the individual yet held collectively.
There was a real sense of energy moving through the circle, each person intuitively drawn to the oils they needed.
Each anointing oil becoming personal, a reflection of the soul in that moment.
✨ Palo Santo smoke cleansing wove its way through our time together, gently clearing, grounding, and holding the space. The scent carried on the breeze, wrapping around us, creating a sense of calm, presence, and quiet connection, like an invisible thread linking each of us to the moment and to each other.
We then shifted our space down onto the sand, guided by the warmth of the sun, for the mandala work.
🥀 The wind danced with us, playfully moving the rose petals, reminding us again to let go of control and simply create.
Each participant was given a photo frame to work within, crafting their own rose petal mandala, a personal vision, a reflection of their intention. As they created, there was a quiet stillness… a deep focus… each piece placed with care and meaning.
We anointed ourselves and our mandalas, anchoring those intentions into something tangible.
Then we came together to create a joint heart mandala on the beach.
Love quite literally felt like it was raining down on us.
The sun warming our skin.
The sound of the waves gently rolling in.
We gathered natural treasures from the beach, stones, shells to complete the mandala together, each contribution meaningful.
Hands placing petals, stones, and shells, each one adding to the whole picture.
CommUnity.
Connection.
A shared heartbeat.
And then, to close…
A dip in the sea.
A moment of awakening, laughter, and release.
Followed by a warm drink, grounding us back in, soft, open, and connected.
A truly special way to honour the turning of the season.
