Permanent position

A medical secretary is required to take care of an Obstetrician/Gynaecologist consultant’s busy private practice in the Bournemouth/Poole area.
I am looking for a secretary:
1. With past experience as a Medical Secretary (Essential criteria).
2. With proficiency in typing medical letters accurately, booking appointments, running diary, invoicing.
3. Who is happy to work from home/own office
4. 25 hours Monday-Friday but possibly increasing as practice develops.
5. Who has a pleasant personality, empathy and good telephone etiquettes.
6. Who lives locally to the Bournemouth/Poole area.
7. Whose job will involve daily office admin and promoting practice activities.
8. You will be able to prioritise a busy workload whilst also keeping calm under pressure.
References from previous and recent employers would be requested.
NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A MEDICAL SECRETARY SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS JOB.
The successful applicant will be expected to start from February 2021
Remuneration will be on a self-employed basis.
