A Sacred Pause: A Little Update from Me & HEKA

I’ve been a little quiet on the Heka Holistics side, The universe though it was time for another transition! 😆

But having recently moved into a new home (second move in 9 months 🫩)- our new home wrapped me in peace the moment I stepped through the door. It feels like home in every sense: grounding, nurturing, light and just a beautiful space.

As a woman with a neurodivergent mind, I’m no stranger to placing a heavy crown of pressure on myself—always feeling the pull to do it all.
But I’ve come to realise that true Alignment sometimes asks us to step back, breathe deeply, and tune inwards and take some time off even to do nothing but dance around the house, watch Yellow Stone (again)

So For now, I’m honouring a slower rhythm—downsizing my treatments to just one signature treatment
