I wanted to share a little about my perimenopause journey and why I started Hormone Harmony Yoga.
It’s been such a confusing and challenging chapter of my life. Having less sleep, huge amount of overwhelm, anxiety, and brain fog (my lefts and rights in a yoga class 😂) to name a few have left me feeling a bit lost and it can be lonely.
What has been transformative is connecting with other women and talking openly about it. Combining yoga to keep me grounded, I now feel steadier, not trying to push everything away and listening in to what my body needs 🪶
This post isn’t about filling classes it’s a gentle reaching out & letting you know you’re not alone.
The amazing thing is, going through this phase is your body shedding what it no longer needs, so you can fully step into your second spring 🌸 (what Tradition Chinese Medicine calls Menopause) to shine brightly, and be more fully yourself than ever!!!! 💫✨
