We celebrated our lovely Doris turning 103 today. It was a day full of joy, laughter and precious moments. We also received a wonderful surprise from her granddaughter Tilly — beautiful flowers and a heartfelt thank you card for our staff. Such kindness doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful ❤️💐

Every member of our team works with kindness, patience and true care — and messages like this mean the world to them.

What a spook-tacular time we had at our Halloween party! 👻
Residents, staff and children joined in the fun with bingo, biscuit decorating and spider throwing — with plenty of prizes and laughter all round! Thank you to everyone who made it such a fantastic afternoon. 🕸️🕷️
