What a beautiful time together at our 2025 Yoga Retreat in Malaga 🇪🇸

A hearty 💛 thank you to everyone who came with an open heart and mind. The retreat took us on a journey, with lots of laughs, fun and lots of yoga! 🙏🏻

Our yoga group is what made the retreat an absolute pleasure and I am very very grateful 🫶

The studio in Maida Vale is where I took my first yoga assessment to become an Iyengar Yoga teacher, so it has a very special place in my heart 💛

These assessments are part of the training undertaken to develop our Iyengar Yoga experience, understanding and knowledge, alongside regular classes, conventions and being part of an international yoga community.

Monday 1 September @ 6.30 - 7.30pm.
Perfect to gift yourself an hour of restorative / pranayama practice in a quiet space. It’s £12 for the hour and we are at the Heart Space 💜 in Westbourne. To join this class, you’ll need Iyengar Yoga practice.

Wednesday mornings to deepen your practice, 9.15-10.45am. Resumes 3 September. 2 spaces available. Open to all, beginners and more experienced. Held at

What a fabulous way to spend the morning with these fabulous yogis!!!

A bright beautiful morning welcomed us to our practice at Southbourne Beach, the sun shone☀️, the waves 🌊 lapped the shore and we stepped through our celebration beach yoga class with joy in our hearts 💛

And there’s still time to donate to Christchurch Food Bank too - donations very welcome 🙏🏻

If you’ve been to a Iyengar Yoga class, course or retreat with me, you are welcome to join our annual beach yoga celebration class, now in its 7th year! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

• Wednesday 16 July 🏖️ 🧘🏼
• 9.15am arrival
• 9.30am-10.15am class

Followed by sea swim 🌊 or sea dip ☀️, coffee and crossaints/ fruit 🙏🏻

Meeting point to follow, it will be held at our usual beach spot, but a different beach hut this year 😉
