I look back at this picture and want to give my younger self a massive hug and tell her it’s all going to be ok , even though I was 26 when I had my eldest I was still young and struggling with life and parenting.

I wish I had tools and knowledge I have now to be able to help her navigate the next few years as they are going to be tougher than she could ever imagine.

But somehow she still managed to believe in herself and created the life she deserved.

If you feel stuck or not in the right place, make the change, make the move, don’t listen to bad advice, listen to your gut and most importantly believe in yourself and keep going!

It’s so important to stop and smell the roses every so often, take a pause and look at your life and where you can improve certain aspects of it, this year I’ve been on a health journey and have started studying nutrition so will shortly be able to provide nutritional support as well as life coaching, I’m so excited to be able to share this with you !!!

Sick of, meaning, you’re tired and bored with your same old patterns. You recognize that what you consider identity is just one big pattern. With a good enough reason, you can break almost any pattern. But you gotta be honest about it. Then you can start. But the more you lie to yourself, the more you keep the real and best version of you buried. Much respect. Keep going.
