SUPPORT WORKER JOBS AVAILABLE
£11.21 - £16.00 PER HOUR!

We urgently looking for agency support workers to work with young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, mental health and challenging behaviours within their own homes, working at one location per day.
3 months experience required.
If you are currently working in care and have a in date DBS, Mandatory training certificates we can Fast track you. Extra training is provided. Area's we are looking for new team members is Bournemouth and Poole.

Rate is £11.21 - 16.00 per hour, Weekly pay! And we have full-time and part-time hours available, shift patterns may vary depending on service, we also have nights available.If you are interested please let me know and I will reply straight away. ✨

We provide supported living to adults & children with Learning Disabilities, complex needs and mental health and our goal is to promote independence.

Our team are as important as the people we care for. You are individuals with different needs and aspirations too and we respect that, we are proud that our Support Workers feel valued as staff members and we wont ever forget to say thank you for all your hard work.

Supporting clients/service users within their own homes or in a care home environment. Minimum of 3 months Experience required.

Within your Health Care Support Worker role, your daily tasks will be:

Build confidence to develop interests for supporting client
ensure client Feels safe and secure
provided with any personal care needed with dignity
Increase their independence
Are enabled to make as many choices as possible
Achieve personal goals, which may include travel or holidays
