There was a time when I thought more mindset work was the answer. More awareness. More journaling. More understanding of my patterns. And while all of that has value… I started noticing something important.
Some reactions weren’t shifting just because I understood them. Some responses lived deeper — in the nervous system, in the body, in the subconscious patterns that had been running quietly for years.
That curiosity is what led me to explore approaches like Time Line Therapy®. Not because I believe anyone needs fixing. And not because talking things through isn’t powerful. But because sometimes real change happens when the body and subconscious finally feel safe enough to release what they’ve been holding.
My approach to this work is always calm, contained, and respectful of your pace. No forcing. No digging for the sake of it. No overwhelming emotional exposure. Just gentle, supported work at the level where many patterns actually live.
