Amazing feedback from a client, without knowing the effects and benefits of intervals!
Unison: felt calm, happy, relax and wanted it not to end

2nd interval: felt sad, “like the old hurt is coming back”
7th interval, felt alone, which turned into anger

3rd interval anger turned into abandonment
4th interval not sure of feelings

5th interval immersed into it, felt like a HUG
6th interval felt "a nourishing of the pain"
