A tough weekend of grafting and fund raising. But as we keep chipping away at the target it is becoming more achievable. The team worked exceptionally hard with a niche audience and we were delighted to see new visitors, better engagement and understanding of our brand. We are not just products, like so many others, we are more than that, years of professional experience 20 in fact of multiple muscular therapies, techniques and formulas to improve body alignment without medication. We enjoy nature and the ways in which your body can move.

Move It 2026!

We had some fun with the visitors and for once I was an undercover boss. Reading the room, seeing the engagement. The returning dancers, dance parents were thrilled to see us.

Please share your experience and let us know how the balm worked for you. We covered knees, ankles, lower back, shoulders and wrists.

Highlight visitor... a chef with arthritic wrists. They were not expecting to feel relief but were clearly surprised by the movement achieved after applying their balm. If this is you or someone you know, check out our online store.

HELP US RAISE FUNDS FOR SEBASTIANS TRUST!

This is a special post dedicated to our London Marathon preparations. We have hit a stumbling block...donations are short of where we need to be at this time.

Every last ounce of resource has been poured into training and running events and we cannot do anymore without your help.

Muscle Mechanics can provide a donation but not all of the target. We are currently at 35% of our £2100 goal. Please if you can make a donation it will make a difference to the lives of hundreds of families with children who have a life limiting illness.

Two years ago, Sebastians Trust had to sell a beloved safe space to keep the core services running. Jenson used to use this space for Lego play days, sharing time with other children over the holiday periods, seasonal events to take part in but also to be a child. Serious illness can make life so much harder each day. Families struggle to make ends meet and this can impact their mental health.

Sebastians can help families feel supported to continue the endless days of medical appointments, therapy sessions and financial challenges.
