Fun fact at my biggest my coat was a size 28! I’m now a 6/8 🤭 so trying on anything and it fitting always feels amazing 🙌🏻
Primark have definitely nailed the winter coats this year though 😍
From faux fur to puffers and parkas there’s something for everyone and all different price points too!
We couldn’t resist and came away with the brown fur one for Scarlett… which I may just end up borrowing 👀

She thought she’d always be a 22 or 24

At her biggest, she even bought a coat in a size 28 because she didn’t think anything smaller would ever fit again

Now she’s standing here in a size 6
Wearing an XS
Still picking things up thinking there’s no way they’ll fit

Because when you’ve lived most of your adult life in bigger sizes, it takes your mind a while to catch up
You still see the old version of you even when she’s long gone

This isn’t about a number on a label
It’s about proving to yourself that change is possible
That you don’t have to stay stuck in a body that didn’t feel like yours

It’s never just weight loss
It’s healing
It’s mindset
It’s belief

And I’ll say it over and over again
If I can do this, so can you 💙

There wasn’t loads in there but I did find a few bits to try on!
I always love a browse in TK Maxx though…their bags and shoes are so good… you’ve just got to be in the right mood because sometimes it really does feel like a bit of a jumble sale 😂
