腰背痛、膝蓋痛,更多時候是沿於骨盆問題。工作或日常雜務長時間的姿勢不良,或運動創傷,導致骨盆歪斜。骨盆歪斜造成肌肉不平衡、拉扯牽引,產生肩膀疼痛、腰背痛、膝蓋痛等疼症。當醫師告訴您是骨盆問題,也許還是半信半疑的。戰戰兢兢的嚐試全身推拿,當下覺得不錯。但回家後恢復日常生活,工作繼續繁重,不久痛症又恢復。

理想當然是跟從醫師給大家的叮嚀,但現實總是殘酷,誰不想請個專業教練,好好做運動?

最近看到這本書《對症骨盆回正訓練》,分享給大家,可作調理後的補強訓練。

本書介紹七大骨盆歪斜類型,及如何透過伸展運動紓緩。本書亦簡單地編排了伸展課程,易於跟進。

再次強調,疼痛的部位,不一定是出問題的部位。因此得先診斷,再去進行訓練。

另外,長期疼痛,免不了骨盆歪斜造成肌肉不平衡。因此,先推拿整復,再運動補強是較理想的次序。
