Are you awake?

Being a born again Christian is such an advantage, we have access to the holy spirit, which is revealed in us. The only way to understand is to practice, meditation, breathwork, fasting and prayer. Those who can't or won't will not enter.

Those that do, will find, understanding, peace, love and an endless amount of joy, and in turn the lord becomes your confidence and motivation. As it's a way a life for me, it's felt every morning, every day, every week, every month and every year.

I'm awake are you?

You can always read about Paul the Apostle who woke from a Trance, which believe it or not, every human being will experience from time to time, which is when the mind is tired and exhausted, and it happens more often than you realise. Unfortunately, you won't understand in full until like Paul, you wake up.

A trance is a highly suggestible state of consciousness, and If seeing all those Christians looking up and asleep isn't enough to convince you, then I’m afraid to say, you are asleep too.

Job 12:10 in his hand is the life of every creature and the BREATHE of all mankind.

It matters not, who you are, where you come from, what faith you follow, your creed or colour, your country, God has your breath firmly in his hand.

We all suppress negativity, whether it be stress, anxieties, fear, guilt, or any form of frustration. Unless you learn to let go, you create tension within, and in turn it restricts blood flow and your ability to think doesen't just diminish, if you live that way long enough you'll be in and out of TRANCE without even knowing, you won't be thinking you'll be day dreaming.

For those that don't know, a TRANCE is a highly suggestable state of consciousness, go on try and persuade a Christian he's not up there?

The Power of Prayer

Prayer serves as an effective means of fostering a connection between the conscious and subconscious minds. At first, the act of praying might seem odd, as if one is simply talking to oneself, and it may even feel a bit foolish. Prayer provides a chance to pause, relax, and reflect. This opportunity to step back provides the mind with a break, allowing space for relaxation and thoughtful consideration. Through consistent practice, prayer can become a meaningful tool for self-connection and mental clarity.

Enhancing Inner Dialogue Through Practice

With regular practice, your ability to engage with your inner self will strengthen. The voices of logic and reason within your mind will become more distinct, allowing you to hear them with greater clarity and volume. As a result, the questions you pose to yourself daily will have a genuine opportunity to be acknowledged and addressed, fostering deeper self-understanding and personal growth.

The Impact of Relaxation on Mental and Physical Performance

Once you have learned how to relax, a transformation begins to take place in both your mind and body. Since the body is accustomed to operating under pressure, the act of relaxing can have a notable effect on its internal processes. Specifically, the electrical signals within your mind become stronger and travel more rapidly, enhancing your cognitive functions. This sharpening of mental activity not only improves your ability to think clearly but also contributes to a more efficient and fully functioning mind.

Furthermore, this state of relaxation positively influences your metabolism. As your mind and body work in greater harmony, your metabolism speeds up, producing more energy and supporting overall vitality. Consequently, you experience an increase in both mental clarity and physical energy, enabling you to function at your best in daily life.

The Power of an Open and Mastered Mind

A mind that has been opened, mastered, and thoroughly understood holds remarkable potential. Once you have achieved this level of mastery, your mind becomes responsive to your conscious intentions, capable of carrying out your commands. Some desires and wishes may indeed be realised, so long as you embrace the practices of letting go, relaxing, and truly listening to your inner thoughts. It is essential to trust that your mind, when listened to attentively, consistently reveals the truth. Through this approach, you empower yourself to access deeper wisdom and align your actions with your genuine aspirations. Include your normal spiritual practices like mediation and intermittent fasting and your subconscious will receive an even greater boost.

Integrating Spiritual Practices for Enhanced Subconscious Growth

In addition to prayer and relaxation, incorporating your regular spiritual practices, such as meditation and intermittent fasting, can significantly amplify the positive effects on your subconscious mind. When these practices are included in your routine, they provide additional opportunities for mental clarity and self-connection. Meditation encourages deeper reflection and inner peace, while intermittent fasting supports both physical and mental renewal. Together, these practices create a supportive environment for your subconscious to flourish, further boosting your overall well-being, personal growth and health.

Use meditation on the word and the breath, intermittent fasting and prayer and two minds become one perfect relationship.

Did you know?

The word "Spirit"Means breath or to breathe!

Did you know?

The Bible was God breathed
Heaven was made in his breath.
God has the breath of all mankind in his hand
The creator gives breath to it's people and to those that walk on it
Its the Breath of the Almighty that gives them understanding
He breathed on them and said " Recieve The Holy Spirit"

Isaiah 42:5

This is what God the Lord says— the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives BREATH to its people, AND LIFE TO THOSE THAT WALK ON IT.

The Power of 12

Breathing is more powerful than you might think.

If you walk regularly, try deep breathing while walking to boost energy, improve circulation, speed metabolism, and to reduce stress.

Inhale to your solar plexus for four steps, hold your breath for another four steps, then exhale over the final four steps. By practicing this technique consistently, you may notice reduced tension and stress, increased energy levels, and enhanced physical recovery within 7 to 10 days.

Remember to stay hydrated—your body is 60–70% water, and a faster metabolism will cause you to become dehydrated more quickly.

After exercise, your metabolism remains elevated for several hours.

If like me you’ve been a regular walker for many years, and once you’ve experienced the changes in your well-being, you’ll ask yourself, why you haven’t thought of this yourself?

If you're out walking today, you can increase your energy levels, just by breathing deeply, expanding those blood vessels and encouraging flow. Breath in for 4 steps, hold for 4 and out on four steps, practice this regualrly and you'll feel the difference, reducing stress and overtime weight too, depending on your diet.

Don't forget water, your body is 60 to 70% water, with a faster metabolisum, you'll burn it off much much quicker, and after exercise your metabolisum can contimue to accelerate for a few hours more.

Our Mission and Vision

Guiding Towards a New Heaven

Inspiring a New Way of Thinking

Our goal is to inspire and guide people towards enlightenment and a new way of thinking. We believe that by encouraging individuals to reflect on their beliefs and embrace a broader perspective, we can spark meaningful change within ourselves and the wider community, with these new understandings we offer.

We invite everyone to join us on this journey. Together, we can work towards creating a better world, a new heaven and a new earth, where understanding, compassion, and unity are at the forefront. By coming together with a shared purpose, we can pave the way for a brighter future for all.

Taking Action Against Corruption

We are dedicated to confronting those who occupy positions of power around the world, doing so with fairness and integrity. Our commitment is to pursue appropriate and just measures in this endeavour. To support this mission, we are gradually developing a platform here on Facebook called “The World Wide Foundation”.

This platform is intended to empower individuals globally by giving everyone a voice. Here, you will have the opportunity to express your views, participate in open debate, and ask important questions. Through this collaborative effort, our aim is to eliminate corruption from within by promoting transparency and accountability through constructive dialogue and collective action.
There is a vast scale of global corruption, far greater than many realise. Much of this corruption remains concealed or is obscured by misinformation. The world has been plagued by corruption for such a long time that genuine change must originate from within. The dominance of numerous controlling powers and nations means that no single entity can break free from this cycle alone.
Initiating Change from Within

Our approach to meaningful transformation begins at the individual level, focusing first on internal reflection and growth. By fostering this personal change within ourselves, we lay the foundation for a wider shift in the collective consciousness.

Growing Influence and the Shift of Power

As our message continues to spread across the globe, more individuals are embracing these new insight, insights revealed through the holy spirit. This collective awakening brings about a profound shift in understanding, gradually diminishing the influence held by established authorities. As a result, it becomes increasingly difficult for those in traditional positions of power to maintain their control and dominance over the wider population.

The Unstoppable Momentum of Change

As our movement gathers strength and support, its momentum will grow to such an extent that any attempts to suppress or impede its progress may inadvertently trigger a powerful reaction from the public. Rather than silencing the initiative, these efforts could galvanise people further, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose among individuals who feel empowered and well-informed. In this way, the drive for transformation becomes not merely a possibility, but an inevitability, propelled by the collective will of those committed to positive change.

The Path Forward

Transformation can occur peacefully and with compassion, seeking to save as many minds as possible. However, if necessary, change may also come through the release of anger and taking decisive action against those who stand in our way, by whatever means required.

We urge you not to oppose this movement. The stakes are high, and it is, in a spiritual sense, a matter of life or death.
