I will be here on Sunday delivering the Pilates class. For £3 it is such an investment even if you just attended one of the workshops!

Sunday 21st September - Pilates 9.15am. Just for this one week we need to start 15 minutes earlier than normal. Also, we will be in shala 2, so please book on early as spaces are limited. Thank you! X
