My mission is to support women with busy, sensitive minds to understand themselves more deeply, and to create practical ways of living that feel sustainable and authentic.

Why? Because for years, I thought there was something wrong with me for struggling to keep up - for feeling overwhelmed, inconsistent, or too sensitive.

There wasn’t anything wrong with me at all - I just didn’t yet know that I was neurodivergent. That realisation changed everything. It helped me see that my brain wasn’t broken - it simply worked differently, and it needed different kinds of support and structures.

That understanding became the foundation of everything I do now.

I help other women do the same - to move away from self-criticism and start exploring what truly helps them feel calm, connected, and confident.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that there’s no single “right” way to be.

Through coaching and holistic wellbeing support, I create spaces where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself - without the pressure to be perfect or productive.

It’s about experimenting, adapting, and discovering what works for your unique mind. Because you don’t need fixing - you just need space to find your rhythm.

If you’re ready to start discovering what truly works for your unique mind, I’d love to support you - find out more about me and what I do at https://postly.click/pLo

I’ve been looking back at some of the lovely messages from last year’s Christmas Card Watercolour Workshop, and this one from Jayne made me giggle…

“I loved the session - annoyingly, my brain turned every one into a Christmas Gonk, but I loved playing with the colours and learning some new techniques. The guidance was easy to follow and I was able to do it from my desk in my lounge clothes and a cuppa xx”

That’s the kind of afternoon I love - relaxed, creative, and full of laughter (and the occasional Gonk!).

If that sounds like your kind of thing, come and join me for this year’s session:
Sunday 9th November, 2–3.30pm (UK time), online via Zoom.

It’s such a cosy, calming little creative pause before the Christmas chaos begins 💜

From a few simple squiggles and blobs of colour… to beautiful handmade Christmas cards

Can you believe it? The first photo shows the playful doodles I started with - just a few random squiggles and splashes of paint. The second shows how they turned into finished cards, full of colour and character.

Fancy having a go yourself? You don’t need any art skills - just curiosity, a paintbrush, and a willingness to play and have fun!

Join me for my Paint & Create: Watercolour Christmas Card Workshop - a cosy online afternoon where you’ll learn how to turn simple doodles into something truly special.

I’ve been thinking about how much I enjoyed running last year’s Christmas Card Watercolour Workshop - it was such a lovely, relaxing afternoon.

And I got some lovely feedback from Kellie...

“It was soothing, calming and fun all in one go... Liz is an incredible workshop host and instructs you clearly and brilliantly.”

Creating calm, creative spaces like this is one of my favourite parts of what I do – and I can’t wait to do it again very soon! ✨

I'm running this workshop again next Sunday if you fancy joining us :

This is the final post in my Women & ADHD mini-series - and another special bonus one.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored the many layers of living with ADHD as a woman - from the challenges and misunderstandings to the relief that can come with realising what’s really been going on all along.

And now we come to the shift.

The shift that comes with realising you have ADHD - that moment when things finally start to make sense. When you can begin to see yourself with more compassion and curiosity, rather than frustration or shame.

It’s the moment when the pieces start to make sense - why certain things have always felt harder, why your mind works the way it does, why you’ve pushed yourself so hard to “get it right.”

It’s the beginning of seeing yourself through a softer lens.

You start to understand that it was never about being lazy, forgetful, or “too much” - it was about living in a world that wasn’t designed for the way your brain works.

It’s the point where understanding replaces blame, and where you start to explore new ways of doing things that actually work for you.

Once you begin learning about ADHD, it’s like finding a map for a terrain you’ve been lost in for years. You start to unpick the layers of guilt and low self-esteem that were never truly yours to carry. You realise that there was never anything wrong with you - you just needed to understand yourself differently.

From here, you can start to pause before the overwhelm takes hold, make space for rest and calm, and build tools that work with your mind - not against it.

You might not have it all figured out (who does?) but you’re learning to trust that change is possible, one gentle step at a time.

You’re learning to live with self-kindness.
You’re discovering your rhythm.
You’re embracing a life that feels calmer, truer, and more you.

Lately, I’ve been playing around with the idea of identity - not the kind that comes from forms, roles, or diagnoses… but the kind that comes from you.

I started asking myself: what actually identifies me?

What feels true, joyful, or deeply “me”?

Here are a few of the words that came up:
☕ Tea lover
🐾 Cat mum
🌳 Tree hugger
🎸 Live music lover enthusiast
💿 Owner of (possibly) too many CDs
💜 Heart-led
🎨 Creative soul
🖌️ Art supply collector
🙋‍♀️ Recovering people pleaser
🦈 Fed sharks and survived

It’s a mix of silly, soulful, and completely honest - and that’s what I love about it.

We’re made up of so many layers, aren’t we?
Some we grow into, some we shed, and some have always been there - waiting to be celebrated.

💭 If you created your own little identity collage, what words would you use?

I'm still feeling the calm and creativity from last week’s Creative Soundbath with Paula from Resonate with Hope and 12 other wonderful humans!

It was such a magical evening - everyone showed up open, curious, and ready to trust the process. It was amazing to see people really get it… letting the sounds and art flow together and just seeing where it took them.

We had some beautiful (and really deep) shares at the end, as people talked about the meaning behind their artwork.

It’s hard to put into words how special it felt to witness that - a mix of calm, creativity, and connection all in one space.

If you missed it but fancy a little creative calm before the festive rush, my next workshop is coming up soon - and this one’s online!

Join me for a cosy Paint & Create: Watercolour Christmas Card Workshop - a relaxing afternoon of mindful painting, creativity, and gentle festive spirit. You don’t need to be “arty” - just bring your curiosity and I’ll guide you step by step.
