Autumn is the season of the metal element and the time of the year for gathering and consolidating energy.

This November Debs is leading a gorgeous afternoon mini retreat here at Heather Yoga. This workshop will include seasonal themed Meditation, Qigong, Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra, an opportunity for deep relaxation and restoration, balancing your energies for the seasons.

The energy of this season supports our letting go of the waste, the old and stale in our lives, leaving us receptive to making room for what is important to us, it’s a time to consider what we value. Autumn returns us to our essence, moves us to eliminate what we no longer need, reveals again what is most precious in our lives.
