The Winter Solstice - Yule - the return of the light (after 21 Dec the days start to get longer).

This is a time of year to pause and reflect, but also to shed old ideas, and embrace the light of the world by inviting peace and harmony into your own worlds.

Amid the drama and crazy that can surround this busy time of year, I hope you manage to find some peace and quiet to just 'be'.

Balance- what does that mean to you?

For me it means

🍁a reflection on what has gone well each week, or even day, rather than only seeing the negatives

🍁 having restful moments during what always seems to end up being busy days

🍁 listening as much as I talk

🍁 eating mindfully and making good choices so when I fancy a treat, I don't have the guilt

🍁recognising that I am doing my best- not being THE best and that when I make mistakes, it's not the end of the world

I hope you find some balance this Autumn Equinox
