I have some Sound Baths coming up across Coggeshall, Braintree and Chelmsford.

Sound baths are a great way to relax and unwind, helping to destress and promote a good nights sleep.

I start each sound bath with a short breath work exercise or visualisation to ensure you are truly relaxed. You will then be grounded by sound and led into a meditative state through the crystal and Tibetan bowls.
