✨️ Lost for words! ✨️
🩷 If you know me, you'll know I'm rarely lost for words, but this Google review stopped me in my tracks! 🩷

✨️ I can not emphasise enough what a difference Kim made, to myself, my family and my friends at a very difficult time.
From our first meeting to discuss the arrangements for my Mums funeral, I felt like I had know her for years.
She made me feel, calm, relax and most importantly heard. Once she had left, she got straight to work arranging all aspects of the service including dropping off photos and music arrangements.
She went above and beyond, working along with the funeral directors to make sure we had all my Mums final wishes were carried out. and then continued to guide and support us once we had reached the Crematorium, all through the service which she gave beautifully and considerately, to when the service and formal arrangements were over, to when she joined us at the wake, where she was still the most approachable friendly person you could hope to meet, especially at this sort of time.
All those who met her, 24 hours later are still saying how brilliant she is.
I could not recommend Kim enough if you find yourself in the difficult position of having to arrange a loved ones funeral.
