I've gained some new followers recently so I thought I would introduce myself! If you haven’t been to visit me yet, I’m Lorna 👋🏼
Originally an Essex girl, I’ve been happily living in Brandon for just over 3 years now. I’m 28, newly engaged (eek! 💍) and proud mum to Sparki the cat and Jub-Jub the bearded dragon. Most weekends we also have my parents’ dog, Woody, who keeps us busy with forest walks and muddy paws! 🐾
When I’m not massaging, you’ll usually find me soaking in the bath with a book or rewatching 'Friends' for the hundredth time. Could I BE any more relaxed? 😌

✨ Massage is all about maintenance ✨

You may have heard me say at the end of your treatment that I recommend booking in every 4–5 weeks, especially if you carry a lot of tension. This isn’t me trying to get more bookings – it’s genuinely the best way to keep your body feeling good.

Think of massage like going to the gym, having your hair done or servicing your car.
One massage feels lovely, but if you wait too long, those knots and aches creep back in and we’re starting from scratch again.

By maintaining a consistent routine, you are more likely to experience:

✨Corporate Staff Wellbeing Day✨💼📈

Clare (Holistic Beauty Training) and I had a wonderful time yesterday providing treatments at a staff wellbeing event. Employees enjoyed back massages, head massages and reiki – the perfect way to relax and recharge during the working day 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

We make it simple for workplaces to bring wellness to their teams. We provide everything – massage beds, blankets, oils, music and calming lights – all you need is a quiet space where we can set up. 🌿
