Very excited to be sharing some yoga at the woods 🙌💗

Just spending a blissful hour in the woods after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. It’s bursting with bird song and new life, the freshest green and gorgeous woodland wildflowers. We have two events for adults coming up over the next few weeks so if a dose of woodland bliss is just what you need, these are for you!

🔥 Our wheel of the year Beltane event on Sunday May 4th.
Expect: Connection with others and the forest, tea and cake around the campfire, time alone to sit and wonder at the woods, or wander in it, connection to the Beltane festival our ancestors celebrated.

🌳 Gentle Woodland Yoga and Vegan Campfire Lunch on Sunday May 11th.
Expect: Arrive in the woods with a herbal tea and settle in, an hour of gentle yoga, some time to relax and just BE in the woods amongst birds and flowers, a campfire lunch and time to connect with others.

So excited to announce that I have a new and wonderfully cosy space to work from. Don't worry I am still at Hands On, Therapy Clinic & Beauty Hub but also here, at Strawfields nestled in the countryside between Mullacot and Marwood. It's SO peaceful and magical being so close to nature.. AND the amazing Alpacas 😍🙏💗
