We've had lots of enquiries about New Year/Xmas sauna sessions, thanks everyone but this year our last December keeper's session is the 21st, and we'll be back again on the 4th Jan.

Join us this Sunday for a rejuvenating sauna and cold dip session at Keeper's pond, Blaenavon, in the Bannau Brycheiniog/Brecon Beacons.

55min open sessions, £12 per person

Keeper's pond temperatures are dropping steadily here in the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), book your sauna session ahead to avoid disappointment!

We're here at the pond every Sunday from 9am - 4pm.
55 minute session - £12 per person

Bring a drink of water and a small towel to sit on for your session.

No changing facilities/lifeguards or toilets - it can be a wild place up here in winter, but it makes for an invigorating cold dip and sauna spot.

Booking is now live on www.sawna.co.uk for the Reheat:Retreat from the 10th to 12th of October 2025.

We're bringing together a team of incredible people for a weekend of restoration, connection and unity.

There will be sauna, soundbath, yoga, breathwork, movement and dance.

Camping spots spaced around the lake (some space for campervans too). Nourishment with vegetarian lunch and evening meals (bring your own breakfast).

Busy weekend for the sawna. First stop at for their Friday night sauna session to kick off one of their fantastic wild swimming weekends. Emily runs a series of these each year, drop her a message to enquire about booking on to explore some of the best wild swimming spots in the Bannau Brycheiniog/Brecon Beacons, stay in one of their beautiful bell tents overlooking the hills.

As well as another private hire event we'll also be at Keeper's pond, Blaenavon, on Sunday for our public sauna sessions. There is some availability, head to www.sawna.co.uk to book your sessions.
