A little bit of ‘what I like’ to kick things off! 🌍✨

From Niagara Falls to street art, and a healthy obsession with Bowie and Amy… this is me. Oh, and apparently, my new passion is standing in the cold at markets! 😂

But there’s a much bigger story behind why TyTotal exists. It involves nearly 30 years in Midwifery and patient safety, navigating a chronic health journey, and finding a way to ‘Reset’ amidst the chaos.
