Being mindful of what one needs.

New things afoot I may have been quiet on here for a while especially work wise but there has been a lot of shifting and healing and learning happening.

Scince my recent diagnoses things have had to change and morph in so many areas of my life it has been an adjustment. Personally and professionally . Although frustrating at times I have chosen to look at this time as a period of adjustment and massive relearning.

But things are finally starting to move in the right direction

We have been starting to build a space at home for me to work it’s been a long time planning I have been wanting to make a designated place for the longest time but for one reason and another this hasn’t worked out.

Due to my Health conditions renting a space and being able to work just don’t go hand in hand so I feel very blessed that we have been able to start this project so that I am able to continue doing what I love .

Energy wise being able to work in my own designated healing space is a very lucky and privileged thing to be able to do.

I am so looking forward to getting in there.

Once the building works are done all the fun bit can start …..

So my business will be doing the same and
will be going under some redirection morphing and maybe a rebrand this year so watch this space.

It somewhat feels like my business (and me 😂) (now I have less other commitments) will be waking from a slumber or a hibernation albeit slowly and allowing the creation of its new form and I am starting to get excited about that.

Taking some well needed chill time for us this week.

It really has been a mad few weeks

Managed to get a few days away with my gorgeous husband to get into the Christmas spirit and remind ourselves that all will be ok.

It’s been a strange few years up and down for my business and health for me personally.

I chose not to put undue pressure on myself and take my time to reset and do some much needed healing.

Sometimes we just can’t do it all I had other commitments that just couldn’t be put on the back burner family business caring for family general life and although my work is my passion and I feel like I have been suffocating slightly without it it would have been hypocritical not to practice what I preach.

Health just has not allowed me to continue at the pase that I was

And I have not wanted to overcommit and not deliver, my best to my clients.

I have seen some of you whilst on this trajectory and I hope that I will see more of you as we come into the new year.

I have plans to be back taking a full diary towards the spring/early summer.

I will be offering a range of services and times to accommodate us all.

With some welcome back offers so keep your eyes peeled

In the meantime I will pop on here periodically to say hi!

And remember that my inbox is always open

Did you know there are TONS of health benefits to getting enough water in your body daily?

I aim to get half my body weight in ounces every day to promote clear skin, hydrated skin, healthy digestive system and to help with excess snacking!

We all know how important this is...but truly it really is one of the simplest habits to incorporate that can have a massive impact on your health.

👉 Action item: Keep a glass of water on your nightstand ready to drink in the morning.

Grab your favorite citrus oil (Dr. Hill recommends Lemon, Tangerine or Grapefruit) and drop 1 drop in and drink it down right after you have brushed your teeth.

For the rest of the day, the goal is to drink half of your body weight in ounces.
So if you weigh 150 lbs, you will need to drink 75 ounces of water.

Some people like to have water bottles that have measurements on them so they can track. There are also apps for your phone.

A habit that is often overlooked is making self-care a priority.

We might realize we need to unwind once it is too late.

I'd like for us all (myself included!) to schedule self-care.

That will truly make it a habit. Self-care can look different for everyone and can vary for you from time to time as well depending on your needs.

🤩 A popular practice for relaxation is adding a few drops of Lavender or an essential oil of your choice to Epsom Salts and draw yourself a nice warm bath.

Grab a portable diffuser, a good book and a cup of tea and turn your bathroom into a relaxation station.
