The Art of Qigong - Transition into Water Winter Element

In today's Qigong practice we hand over the baton from Metal Element (Lungs & Large Intestines) to the Water Element (Kidney & Bladder) which represents the Winter season

But before we do that, lets recap on some of the beautiful Qigong Crane movements including "Crane Nods" and help us to stay in harmony, in balance especially through the shorter days of winter. It is important for maintaining physical health, mental well-being, and emotional stability.

Kriya Yoga Gyan Kriya for 11/11 Gratitude

11th November at 10.15am

11:11 is a very positive auspicious, favourable time especially for setting your intentions towards prosperity and abundance. Even if that abundance is more happiness, more health, more joy, more breath. I like to think of it as writing an early 'Santa Wish List' and then posting it plenty of time to reach the North Pole. We reach for the things we seek.

"Gratitude is powerful for the Heart, improving mental and physical health, strengthening relationships, and building emotional resilience".

When we align our Body, Mind with our intentions, powerful positive things can happen. So in our Yoga practice today, we work with the Gyan (Gee-Aan) Kriya open our chakras, strengthen our Aura and allow in Love, Joy and Happiness.
