I have loved getting back into running and love running Park Run -Brentwood at South Weald Park. With a new hip I am not supposed to run at all, but running is the one exercise that rebalances my mind, connects me back to nature, and gives me time to focus and think. I usually get my best inspiration when running and often figure out answers to anything may have stopped me moving forwards. The connection and comradery that I feel from everyone I meet and chat too is just lovely. I see myself running quicker and can only put this down to Pilates. It has a unique way of building flexibility and strength in equal measures to enhance mobility and movement patterns. I look forward to striving for some more Park Run PB's in 2026. Ps.
