Meet the member ❤️ shouting loud & proud

Guy is such a lovely person and joined my Saturday morning group at Bridgend Tennis Club in 2025. You will see his words below but since writing them he has gone on to lose more weight and is now a target member. Come & join us tomorrow, you’ll get to meet Guy too

I’ve always loved food and cooking, sharing meals, and being around the table with family. When I joined Slimming World, I was worried I’d have to give all that up, but I’ve learned I can still enjoy the things I love while being more mindful.

I’ve now lost 4st 1lb, and I feel stronger, fitter, and far more confident. I’ve gone from a 44" waist to a 38", and I can tie my shoelaces without a struggle, something that used to be a real challenge.

Slimming World has helped me find a balance that lets me enjoy family meals and social time without feeling restricted. I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come and how much better I feel. I’ve still got more to lose, but I’m confident I’ll get there. 💪

Thought not because my groups didn’t close over Christmas & new year!! ☺️

How gorgeous is Deb ❤️

She was once a person who hated having her photo taken but now she’s even done a photo shoot

Deb is the most beautiful person, inside & out and I feel totally honored to support her. Deb is also part of my Tuesday group social team and all the other members love her
