Itโs been good fun supporting Aaron over the past 9 months ๐ค
Throughout that time the goal has naturally changed several times. Initially starting out with a marathon prep phase, followed by a weight loss phase and finally a lean bulk.
Aaron has implemented a well structured eating schedule with various fuelling strategies whilst not missing out on regular social occasions or holidays โ๏ธ
Aaron has dropped over 8kg since coming on board and has maintained all of his strength numbers at the same time! We had to gradually dial the programme in, to ensure strength nor muscle mass was compromised. Aaronโs success is a credit to his hard work and commitment over the past 9 months ๐ฅ
