Four years ago, Annie Thomas would never have imagined herself running her own business. The idea of stepping into the unknown, of building something from scratch, felt distant—perhaps even impossible. But something shifted.

A quiet determination took root, and I made the bold decision to begin studying hypnotherapy and emotional well-being.

Today, I am the heart behind Mindful Beginnings, a practice grounded in warmth, autonomy, and gentle encouragement. I support adults and children through solution-focused hypnotherapy and emotional well-being therapy, helping them navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strength. My work is not just about change—it’s about transformation. Often, the shifts my clients experience are life-changing.

My approach is deeply personal. Blending Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy techniques with creative, client-friendly resources that reflect my belief in emotional safety and empowerment. My sessions are crafted with care, my materials designed to soothe and support.

Living in Bridgend, South Wales, I am deeply connected to the local community and family life. I walk Ralph, our family dog, potter in my garden, and draw inspiration from nature’s rhythms.

My journey is a testament to the power of reflection, courage, and the belief that it’s never too late to learn, grow, and make meaningful change.
