A full house again this week at Pencoed with a bumper session of wheelchair rugby. Once again we'd like to thank all the volunteers for helping make the sessions run smoothly, the parents for bringing the kids and last but not least the kids who make the sessions what they are.🦽🏉🖤🙌

A great session of wheelchair rugby yesterday for our juniors with a special thank you to Lee Morris for lending us his years of experience and coaching the session.
Lee really switched things up by introducing new drills and plays which took the juniors out of their comfort zone but I have to say they all adapted extremely well adding to the knowledge they have already accumulated over the last 10 months.
Another big thank you to our volunteers, the unsung hero's that without whom none of this would be possible - Kenny, Mark, Andrew, Diane, Tom and Clare, thank you. 🦽🏉🖤🙌

Another great session of wheelchair rugby yesterday with our juniors getting to grips with their throwing skills in our target net. It's amazing seeing the progress being made week by week by building on the skills already learnt.

Another great session of wheelchair rugby for our junior's, building on the skills they have learnt so far. It's really encouraging to witness the progress all the kids are making week by week in the game they all love so much.
A big well done to Xander, one of our juniors who was at the Nationals tournament in Stoke Mandeville representing his club Penrith Puma's for the first time.
